“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Surf Sports, Seidenstr. 23, 51063, Köln, Germany. “Customer” or “you” refers to any person placing an order through our website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We accept your order by sending an order confirmation or invoice.
All prices are shown in EUR. Unless otherwise stated, prices are net according to Section 19 (1) UStG (no VAT). Payment is due in advance via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
We ship to the delivery address provided by you. Shipping costs (if any) and delivery time will be communicated with the invoice or prior to shipment. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by email at surfsportsde@gmail.com with a clear statement. You must return the goods promptly and bear the direct cost of return shipping. The goods must be in the same condition as received.
Your statutory warranty rights apply. For used products, reasonable signs of use may be present and are not defects if clearly described.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable, typical damages. The foregoing does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
